129 Leslie is an empty white box, a pristine white canvas longing to be filled with color and imagination. The Fashionistas Runway Series | presents Geoffrey Henning succeeded in transforming this white-walled box into a sartorial utopia where style reigns supreme. Henning, showed both holiday and resort collections. He perfectly encapsulates the spirit of the holiday season through his use of lace overlays, waist-defining belted bows, and layers of luscious merlot-hued silk organza.
Henning’s resort collection radiates bright, bold pinks, oranges and aquas. His genius lies in integrating trends such as peplum tops, color blocking, and maxi hems with classic, soft silhouettes. Exquisite details such as draped opera sleeves and keyhole backed dresses speak to Henning’s gift for attention to detail. As slinky one-shouldered dresses made their way down the runway while “The World Is Not Enough” vibrated from the speakers, it was undeniably apparent that Henning’s aesthetic can transform even the most ordinary girl into a vivacious Bond vixen.
We are thrilled to be able to support the careers of emerging designers, like Geoffrey Henning, through our Runway Series. We are especially grateful for our host, Don Gaiser, the host committee and wonderful sponsor who made the Runway Series a success.

Henning’s clothing indeed is stunning and brought to life by the talented and articulate blogger Coco. Does he make anything for men?
Thank you for your thoughtful comment! Henning is a strictly women’s wear. It would be great if he added men’s to his line though.
